if your NOT from russia go to a proxy like : http://1.gsr.saariselka.ru/ or http://2.gsr.saariselka.ru/home287/index.jsp
then paste this in the URL of the proxy :

Hit enter , log on then paste this in the URL OF THE PROXY :
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3477
hit enter and log into stardoll now create a scenery and send it to the compotetion now leave the proxy go to your suite as usual and you will recieve the dress! :)
