If you are from the UK, follow these steps without using a Proxy.
If you're from any other country, go to a UK proxy such as : justproxy.co.uk/
Now paste this in the proxy URL:
www.stardoll.com
Hit enter or click 'go' and log in.
Now paste this link in the Proxy URL and watch the whole video:
now you can leave the proxy and go to your suite as usual
